Property info

This property is a modern 3-story detached townhouse in Bicester which boasts having 7 guest bedrooms (2 of which are en-suite on the first floor) which boasts having crisp white linen and towels beautifully presented on a comfy bed. A family bathroom with shower over the bath - also on the 1st floor, a shower room on the 2nd floor. There is also a WC cloakroom on the ground floor. In the communal kitchen, there is tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, malt vinegar, clingfilm, and tin foil. There is also a dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker hob, and electric oven, with all the utensils you need for self-catering and there is also a washing machine and 2nd fridge freezer, iron, ironing board, and clothes airer in the utility room - all at your disposal. There is a SmartTV in the lounge and all the bedrooms. There is private parking for 2 cars (front to back) at the rear of the property and then un-restricted street parking at the front. There is also an enclosed garden to the rear of the property. Each room and all communal areas are anti-viral sprayed after every guest leaves and it is also clean and spacious.

Neighborhood info

It is only a 7-minute walk to the nearest convenience store and walking for a further 7-minutes will take you to the Bicester Shopping Park where you will find Nike Factory Store, M&S Food Hall, Boots, Costa Coffee. McDonalds is over the main road from Bicester Shopping Park as is a large Tesco Superstore and Tesco Petrol Station.
