Located in High Wycombe, an 11-minute walk from High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court, Rye Court Hotel is a 3-star hotel that features 17 private bathrooms, a courtyard with picnic tables and free parking. Room was spotless, bed huge and comfortable, shower lovely. Location was very quiet and I had a fab nights sleep. Hairdryer, flat screen tv,tea/coffee, iron and ironing board, and shower gel all in the room. Lots of plug/power sockets. If I’m being picky the wardrobe is very small. Otherwise I was very happy. Additional bonus when I asked for a wake up call they kindly called my mobile as no room phones. Warm welcome and bags carried to the room. Very smooth welcome and discharge process. Massive car park with plenty of parking. Took me 30 mins to walk to centre. I would/will stay here again. Highly recommend.

We booked the Hampton by Hilton for location as it’s 10 minutes drive from Buckinghamshire new university, or 40 minute walk, The Eden shopping centre is 5 minutes in the car with plenty of cafes ,shops and cinema and games arcade and bowling arcade, There are more shops and pubs outside the shopping centre where there is a Wetherspoons pub and a few other pubs and clubs Lots to do in the area, would definitely recommend for university moving in weekend.
It was a lovely little town that felt almost sea side like. Everyone we interacted with were friendly and there were some really great food and drink options. A day trip to Marlow was also great, as was the park with the National Trust house. We only stayed a couple of days but could have stayed longer to explore further.
If you have a visit to London and you don’t want to pay high Hotel Prices then High Wycombe is a good place to stop Roughly 30 mins from Wembley stadium on train and 10 mins walk from station to venue
High Wycombe has one redeeming feature, you get to leave it. Luckily the Hamptom is at the top of the hill and has a great Waitrose next to it, far away from the town centre. Living local (ish) Wycombe has always been a hell hole.
We visited Bekonscot model village, just a 20 minute drive away and Hughenden House also about 20 minutes away. We did not see much of High Wycombe but he location was convenient for visiting the two sites
I have travelled with a friend for 2 days and we have spent a half day with kids in the beautiful Rye park , visited the National Trust and ventured out to Windsor the following day. Overall a pleasant stay in a sunny weather, however a car is absolutely necessary. Poor restaurant choice in the town as well.
Room was reasonable size. table and chair, tea making, hairdryer and wardrobe. Beds were were comfortable we slept well. Bathroom had obviously just been refurbished so was nice. Shower worked well. Reception staff very nice and helpful. The hotel is the cheapest we could find so for the money we thought it ok for a couple of nights while attending a funeral.
The room was nice with comfy beds, my friends left there airpods in the room and they called us up and held onto them for us before traveling back to the hotel. The service was great and they did bar service all night but of course as room service, however this was super cheap.
Very nice new hotel with excellent rooms and beds. Just off M40 but didn’t hear any noise Staff seemed keen to help
