Billy's is located in an historic terrace of 5 Victorian properties. What makes Billy's special is the fact that guests have their own lounge as well as a bedroom so more 'home from home'. Lounge facilities include Kettle, Microwave. Toaster and a Mini Fridge plus crockery and cutlery for self catering snacks. Outside is a Patio table and chairs. Perfect location for those working in the area or relaxing weekend breaks.

Having travelled extensively for work for many years I had some very special preferred places to stay. When I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to transform a very special neighbours home into cosy accommodation it was dream come true. Billy's has proved to be very popular and we get to meet some lovely people from all over the world who visit Kedington for work or relaxation. Our aim is to make all visitors feel at home and make the most of their stay in Billy's.

Kedington is a very popular village which is steeped in history. The village is well served by a very substantial supermarket open 7 days a week, a superb local butchers, hairdressers and a popular take away. Billy's is situated right in the heart of the village so central for all the amenities. There are a number of local inns in the surrounding area for relaxing meals from local produce and the village has it's own renowned fete in June and in July the local Steam Rally has become increasingly popular with visitors from all over the country. Kedington has many lovely riverside walks and a very famous church known as the 'Westminster Abbey' of Suffolk and is central to many tourist favourites. Cambridge, Bury St. Edmunds, Newmarket, Saffron Walden and the picturesque villagers along the Stour valley are all within 30 minutes drive. There is a substantial village supermarket 100 metres from the apartment and several local pubs and some charming old inns for dining out. Kedington has good transport connections and Stansted airport is 30 mins by car. There is also a bus stop immediately outside the terrace to the local town and connecting services.
