The cottage sits on the side of the beautiful Bush Valley surrounded by peaceful countryside and an abundance of wildlife. Yet just two miles from Bude Town, and the Atlantic Coast highway. Its situated at the end of a public bridleway with breath taking views of the valley a great place to unwind or to explore all that Cornwall and Devon Offer. The cottage has a cosy kitchen/Living room well equipped with views over the surrounding Valley. Buzzards fly overhead and rabbits and pheasants wander around the gardens. The cottage has a large bedroom upstairs, downstairs is the well equipped open plan kitchen, dining room, living room. There is also a modern Bathroom with a small patio area outside with table & Chairs making the most of the views and alfresco dining There is ample parking and use of a communal guest summerhouse and surrounding decking with comfy chairs to enjoy the views that the area offers there is also a Gas BBQ for all guest to use.

We also run a Bed & Breakfast behind the cottage, this is a family run accommodation so we like to offer our guest the personal touch and we like to make their stay with us like home from home, we are available if needed

Bude Town Center & Local Beaches is about 2.5 miles away. Bosvean House is ideally placed to explore towns and villages in both Cornwall and Devon. Approximately Half an hour along the Atlantic coast road will transport you to the legendary village of Tintagel, home to King Arthur, and to the picturesque harbours of Boscastle and Port Isaac, also the fictional village of Portwenn where they filmed the popular Doc Martin series. North of Bude you will find the wild beauty of Morwenstow , the unique historic village of Clovelly and the dramatic Hartland Peninsula with it’s diverse landscape & marine wild life. Larger towns, such as Launceston, Tavistock, Holsworthy, Bideford and Wadebridge are all within easy reach There are plenty of ways to get around either with car, bicycle or walking, either way the beauty of the area is worth seeing.
