The Cottage or Chalet as it felt more like an Alpine Swiss-Austrian styled, chalet to me. The simple, minimal colour scheme —white and natural, blonde wood and the brilliantly designed windows—reminded of my childhood and growing up in Switzerland, was excellent and I would say, almost perfect. We enjoyed the comfortable space and the wood burner and under floor heating and the welcome package was perfect after a long and tiring journey. James was kind to drop by and help us with the central heating. The mattress was great and we could sleep comfortably in a quiet location which is close to the town and all the sights but without all the noise and congestion of the town.
