Bournecoast are delighted to offer this open plan ground floor apartment, which with the modern interior is ideal for families looking for contemporary accommodation in a lovely holiday location. The apartment benefits from a spacious, enclosed outdoor area and allocated parking which makes this an attractive holiday property. The accommodation is just a short walk away from the sandy beaches in Boscombe in one direction and Boscombe High Street in the other direction for all your local convenience stores. THE ACCOMMODATION: The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed and an ensuite shower room and toilet. The Second Bedroom is a Twin bedroom. This property also includes a HAIRDRYER. There is a modern open plan lounge/diner with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). Leading off the lounge you will find the kitchen area which includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The apartment has a modern bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet. There is a WASHER/DRYER located in a cupboard in the bathroom. At the front of the apartment is a very spacious enclosed patio area where you have the opportunity to relax outside using the table and chairs provided. This apartment is offered with one allocated off road parking space. Please note there are two steps with a handrail as you enter the property down to the hallway. Boscombe is situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch and offers everything, at an affordable price, whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth. Just a short walk from the apartment is the Overstrand beachfront shops and cafes and Boscombe pier. Boscombe Chine is a verdant delight of woodland walks where you may watch out for squirrels with a round of crazy golf thrown in for good measure. Boscombe Pier is an enroute stop for the summertime open top buses running between Hengistbury Head, Bournemouth and Alum Chine, so let the breeze run through your hair! The seasonal land train also runs along the Promenade underneath the cliffs to Bournemouth and beyond - you may stroll all the way if you wish. Boscombe has a variety of amenities to suit most purposes and Boscombe spa village offers the ultimate adventure park for all ages.
