It was quiet. With lots of handy kitchen utensils and toaster, coffee maker etc. Nice outside space if needed. Clean and warm. Good bathroom. Good communication with host. Convenient to visit RHS Harlow Carr. Felt safe.

Studio 22 is a cedar wood studio apartment, built in 2021, sat in its owner’s back garden, next to their home and is located 20 minutes walk from Harrogate town centre. With a hexagon ply wood floor, mustard laminated plywood kitchen, turquoise bathroom suite and comfy, stylish furniture, you are sure to enjoy your stay. The studio sleeps 2 adults. We are dog friendly. Studio 22 is a short walk from The Royal Harlow Carr Gardens, specifically designed to reflect the Yorkshire landscape, with trails, a maze and Betty’s world famous tea rooms. Internet is available in the Studio.
I live with my husband, Alando, my 2 wonderful children, Raphy and Flo and our 2, very well behaved pets, Veze, the blue Mearle, Border Collie and Geoff the Ragdoll cat. We live next to studio 22. It’s been a dream of mine to build an Airbnb, and designing the interior and garden has been a fantastic experience. I wanted it to be unique, with quality fixtures and furniture, so our guests have a really enjoyable stay. The studio is 1 metre away from our home, which is a 3 bedroom, red brick semi detached house in a family friendly, quiet neighbourhood on a tree lined street. We are always close by if you need anything but respect your privacy and need for a restful and comfortable stay. The studio is perfect if you like quirky and unique. The interior is always immaculate and comfortable and we have great reviews. Customer service is really important to us and we will do everything we can to make your stay wonderful. If you want secluded and totally private, or something really ‘posh’ then a hotel or country retreat may be better suited. We look forward to hosting you!
A quiet residential street with a friendly community. Near to the Royal, Harlow Carr gardens, The Valley Garden's, Harrogate town centre, The famous Harrogate Stray, The Pump rooms, and the Dales, with easy access to Leeds, York, Knaresborough and Wetherby. There are many restaurants and bars. Harrogate has its own theatre and an Everyman cinema, or you can stay in and chill with a Deliveroo and netflix. Fee parking outside on a quiet street. A bus on the street takes you to town. Harrogate bus and train station 20 minutes walk away. Local taxi firms available for private hire. Leeds Bradford airport 30 minutes drive
