Located within 2.1 miles of Huddersfield Magistrates Court in Huddersfield, Manor House Lindley features a fitness center and a garden, as well as free WiFi. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Beds very comfortable. Smart and modern décor - no expense spared. Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit salad made to order.
With an on-site restaurant, Cedar Court Hotel Huddersfield and Halifax offers a fitness suite with an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and a hot tub. Great location, clean and tidy. I would certainly use it again
Just 5 minutes’ walk from Huddersfield town center, Cambridge Hotel offers free Wi-Fi, free parking and en suite accommodations at great-value rates. Fantastic choice at breakfast. Location handy for town centre.
Boasting a garden, Townhouse No 12 is set in Huddersfield, 2953 feet from Huddersfield Magistrates Court. The best accommodation I’ve stayed in for a long time, extremely clean and there is a real sense of pride in what they do. There was even a plug adapter for overseas guests which is a great touch. I’d recommend to anyone staying in Huddersfield, thank you
315 Bar & Restaurant is located in Huddersfield, 5 miles from University of Huddersfield, and has a garden. With free WiFi, this 5-star hotel offers room service. The room and the dining were superb- we would recommend the restaurant to anyone- best meal we've had in ages and the staff were brilliant
Located in the center of Huddersfield, the family-run Huddersfield Central Lodge Hotel features a bar, free Wi-Fi, and free overnight private parking. This is the second time of staying at Huddersfield Central Lodge and this stay was just as good as the first time. Myself, my husband and my daughter stayed in one room and my 2 older sons in a separate room. They respected my wish of having the rooms next to each other. The staff could not do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing. The rooms were large and spacious. It was an easy walk up one floor which even myself with walking problems found easy. We were kept well informed about breakfast times and the fact there would be no housekeeping service for 2 days owing to the Christmas period. I will continue to book this hotel when I go to Huddersfield

Very biased as this is my home town. BeAutiful Pennine views very friendly people. Town centre is looking a bit sad but new restaurants and pubs opening in outskirts especially in Lindley. Excellent dinners at ‘Eric’s’ and at Da Sandro which is attached to hotel.
Just book this hotel while coming to Huddersfield Bus station and train station very close All restaurants and fast food and halal food all nearby Great shopping centers are also close by so very very good and entertaining stay
Great little town, although we were told within 2 minutes, that the town was not safe, to go out in pairs and to watch your bag. The city has a lot of heart, but feels it has lost its soul. The city center has a lot of empty shops and offices, and a lot of homeless/beggars on streets. We went there to visit the towns famous cat, met some awesome locals, and then left the next day.
Huddersfield is surrounded by rolling hills and dramatic moorland, fantastic for hiking and mountain biking. The villages of Lindley and Holmfirth are great for restaurants and bars and music. Lots of great places to try locally produced beers and even got a vineyard close by.
Having grown up there I'm pretty biased in my opinion and love it. The scenery is spectacular, go to Castle Hill (Victoria Tower), the Colne Valley and Holme Valley, all great for viewing, hiking. There are many great places to sit and renew your soul, enjoy people watching, research your family tree, enjoy old and beautiful buildings which are still part of everyday life and just relax. There's also plenty to do with walks around local parks and gardens; child-friendly places to eat, and some great restaurants and pubs with good food and views. Go to Holmfirth, Marsden, and other local villages to shop and explore. Having said all that, the town center which has some awesome old buildings is looking pretty sad these days so try looking past the current closures and consequences of the horrible and now abandoned and falling down buildings allowed by the Councillors in the 60's and 70's (who should be jailed, not that the current lot are doing any better) and concentrate on the history and successful shops who are still working hard to keep Huddersfield great.
We had never visited Huddersfield before and were impressed by the beautiful honey-coloured stone houses. The Lawrence Batley Theatre is well worth a visit for the architecture and quirky seating alone. Driving home we stopped up by Fixby Woods and were rewarded by a wonderful panorama of the town.

We arrived hours after our expected arrival (11:15 pm), and the owner seemed so pleased we had finally made it. He offered us a meal, and we had outstanding fish and chips with mushy peas. The Rose and Crown is wonderful. The owner and staff are so friendly and attentive. Even Billy, the cat, made us feel welcome. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in this beautiful area.

We had good customer service, especially during the booking process and the room was really nice. Breakfast included quite a lot of different things and all nice quality. The hotel was clean and nice and the rooms were well equipped. We had a good night's sleep and enjoyed the stay. And very convenient to be close to the motorway but still in countryside.

The hotel is really well situated for all central areas of Huddersfield. The room was very clean and everything had been thought of. I was particularly grateful for the iron. This hotel was perfect, clean, lovely staff, delicious pizza, Breakfast was spot on, no problems couldn't fault it. 2 particular staff members made our stay a good one. They were Danielle and Hayley. They were very helpful and cheerful whilst doing their jobs especially as my Husband is in a wheelchair. Thanks to all the staff at this Hotel.

Bed was extremely comfortable. I have visited this hotel several times and the staff are friendly and the rooms are very quiet. I visit Huddersfield quite often and have stayed in a few other hotels but I prefer the Pennine because it is comfortable and the location is stunning.

Easy walk to the city centre, also easy bus access as buses stop right outside. Comfortable and clean rooms - the power shower alone is reason enough to stay here!

The staff were very friendly, I unfortunately visited during a period of adverse weather (snow grrrrr) travelling home was a little tricky but the staff were very friendly and re-assuring and did their best to help me trying to find alternate travel arrangements. I would more than recommend a stay at this hotel. Very nice and quiet with bus stops very close by, a petrol station/shop next door, a coffee shop also next door with a restaurant just down the road so effectively everything you need is close at hand
