Olive Grove Cottage is a newly renovated characterful cottage in the heart of St Marychurch, Torquay. The house is just a stone's throw away from the golf course and only a 2 minute walk from a picturesque shopping precinct. Oddicombe Beach and glorious views from Babbacombe Downs are also within walking distance. Everything you need is on the doorstep, whilst Torquay town centre is a short drive away.
This property is tucked away in a quiet area of the picturesque S.t Marychurch. Located at the top of a quaint shopping precinct with a number of shops, cafe's and local pubs.
