Ideally situated, just 5-10 minutes walk from the harbour with its shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and attractions in the traditional fishing village of Brixham. A perfect place for couples to escape too. Beautiful beaches are just a few minutes drive, or take in the rest of the English riviera with a boat ride to nearby Torquay, steam train too Paignton, or the ferry from Kingswear to the historic naval town of Dartmouth. The apartment is centrally located, on the main road into Brixham. Accessed by a communal entrance which is shared with the apartment upstairs. A small foyer then allows you entry into the property where you are welcomed by a tastefully decorated lounge that enjoys traditional large front facing bay windows. The lounge is equipped with a comfortable corner shaped leather sofa, Smart 43" TV with the facility to log into your own Netflix or Amazon accounts and music system. A small hallway links the lounge to the rest of the apartment, the closest room being the bedroom, which overlooks the rear private courtyard and home to a King Sized bed with hanging space. At the end of the hallway is the rear of the property where the kitchen is positioned. Fitted with a Fridge freezer, microwave, single oven and hob and dining table and chairs. Behind the kitchen is the bathroom, fitted with a bath and over head shower. The kitchen leads out onto the rear courtyard where there is a privately enclosed area with table and chairs that enable you to enjoy an evening glass of wine, or morning coffee. Greenswood is an ideal bolt hole, a place not just to escape for the weekend but enjoy an extended visit in the summer months as well.

Brixham is ideally placed to explore the stunning English Riviera and the rest of South Devon and is a favourite all year round for dog lovers and walkers alike. The coastline at Brixham is dominated by one of the UK’s greatest and best-loved nature trails – The South West Coast Path.  Just down the road (via the number 18 bus or a ten-minute drive) is Kingswear.  The steam train to Paignton, Churston and Totnes can be taken from here. Also, you can take the upper or lower ferry across to Dartmouth from here, which is a must. The ferry from Brixham Harbour takes thirty-minutes to Torquay where there are arcades, ice cream and a great beach. You can also board the foot ferry to Totnes which is a beautiful town with shops and restaurants. Central location just 10 minute walk into the centre of the town and harbour area with shops, bars and cafe's. Plenty of bus options or walks into the local town and harbour areas.
