Broadlands is situated in the heart of beautiful Bourton on the Water and we are situated in a quiet location but within a few minutes walk of the river and all the local attractions, gift shops, tea rooms and restaurants. We are within easy driving distance of the rest of the Cotswold region and all that it has to offer, so a great place to base yourself! We have private car parking available at a small extra charge, payable at check in, one car for each room, any extra cars will have to be parked elsewhere in the village. All our rooms have en suite bathrooms and free wifi, tea and coffee making facilities. We provide a comprehensive breakfast from 8 am until 10 am, which includes cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit and a full English style cooked breakfast. We do advise that you book early for restaurants for your stay, please call the hotel direct and we will be happy to give you our recommendations!
We are a small family owned and operated hotel and we take pride in making our guests have an enjoyable and memorable stay with us. We have 12 beautifully decorated and individual rooms, including a mini suite and a superior suite that takes up the whole of the top floor! Plus two junior suites with upstairs sitting area and 55 inch tv. We are situated in a very quiet and private street that is within a few minutes walk of the village which has a good choice of restaurants and shops as well as other attractions. We have created a garden terrace where you can sit peacefully with a lovely cold drink from our bar and enjoy the summer sunshine. Our main hotel is almost 300 years old so she does have a few quirks which add to the charm and character of a period building. We do not provide fridges in the room and there is no elevator. For specific requirements, please contact the hotel direct where we wioll do all we can to help with your needs!
Our local attractions are an easy few minutes walk from the hotel and include, Bird Land, The Maze, The Model Village, The Motor Museum and plenty of cute gift shops, tea rooms and restaurants. Local walks are spectacular and varied in distance, and we have a few of our own recommendations. Although we are right in the village, we are situated in a lovely quiet and private spot within a few minutes easy walking distance to everything. For wheelchair users, the village is pretty flat and easy to get around.
