A modern newly refurbished 4 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms, modern kitchen and open plan living space
The house is situated in an ideal location for walking to either the picturesque village of Shaldon which is a short walk across the bridge that spans the teign estuary or into Teignmouth which has beautiful beaches on either the estuary side of the town or sea side of the town. Teignmouth has numerous restaurants and shops with everything needed to have a relaxing break. A short walk from the house is Tesco supermarket, Chinese takeaway and bus stop for travel to Dawlish, Torquay or Exeter. The house has parking for 2 cars and also is a 10 minute walk to the local train station which connects to all main routes. There is also a bus stop at the end of the road which provides transport to Dawlish, Dawlish Warren, Exeter or Newton Abbot and Torquay.
