Hi, and welcome to Exclusive Short Stays. We're your hosts - Claire and Rob, and we're passionate about giving great service to our customers. We take great pride in our properties for the short stays business we run, and our aim is for all guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. As such, we are very approachable and will help guests with anything they need during their stay. As you can see by our photo, we are a family and this is a family run business! (We've also had another addition to our family since that photo was taken). So whilst we offer our properties for corporate / business use, we also welcome families with open arms and provide extra facilities such as high chairs and travel cots where needed, at no extra cost (kids are expensive enough, right?!) If you have any queries please don't hesitate to get in touch and we hope you enjoy your stay with us! You will have a 24-hour point of contact should you need any assistance.
