A beautifully designed and quiet two-bedroom top floor apartment located in a desirable well-connected location of North Kent. It’s just 10 minutes’ walk from Ebbsfleet International train station and a couple minutes from the A2 roundabout with a fast road straight into London. This home consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with Netflix and a smart TV. Both of the two bedrooms (1 X double and 1x twin bed) are well sized, and the master bedroom has it’s own en-suite bathroom. There is a very large bathroom adjacent to the hallway as well as two laundry cupboards and ample storage space in a larger-than-average hallway. The apartment is situated on a superior up market residential development containing similar luxury flats and houses, there is a private parking space allocated for the flat with an additional 5-10 visitors parking spaces. The neighbourhood and also has a co-op shop just around the corner as well as a pub/restaurant and hotel. There is also a small park right opposite the building.
