Beautiful 2 bedroom house, located in Broughty Ferry. Kintail House features a beautiful garden with outdoor seating area. It includes safe storage for bikes and golf equipment. Excellent transport links with the bus stop on the doorstep. Train station, bars, restaurants, etc are about 900 yards away Private off street parking Gas central heating, all mod cons. Comfortable, extra large super king beds. Fast WIFI and Smart TV. Newly refurbished property.

Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID (passport or driving license) and front of card used to book within 72 hours of booking, otherwise the booking will be canceled. Check in will not be permitted unless these documents have been provided. For last minute bookings or those booking made within 72 hours of check-in, photo ID/front of card must be sent by noon on the day of arrival.
