Ceilwart Cottage is a fantastic detached cottage resting in Llanaber, Wales and enjoying incredible sea views over Cardigan Bay. Hosting three bedrooms, including a ground-floor double, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a first-floor sitting room with terrace access. Outside there is a garden with patio, lawn and furniture and a first-floor sun terrace with external spiral stairs to the ground-floor, along with ample off-road parking. Ceilwart Cottage is a wonderful base for a scenic family break to the coast of Wales. Note: There are some internal steps, low doorways and beams. Note: There is a water feature, steps and terraces in the garden. Note: There is a gated road through field which will have to be opened and closed upon entering and leaving. Note: The field holds sheep, please take care Note: The road to the cottage, passes through a field with two gates. There is lower parking for two cars, and a steep access drive, to the cottage with parking. A footpath with steps, leads through the garden to the drive. Llanaber is a village resting on the coast of Wales, just north of Barmouth and south of Harlech. The village is home to a small shop and two bar/restaurants, along with a watersports equipment hire shop, providing all you need for a fabulous beach break. The beach at Llanaber is rarely crowded, is clean and flat and perfect for families seeking space for beach games and kite flying. The nearby town of Barmouth is a popular spot as is the wonderful Eryri National Park (Snowdonia).
