Stylish & Central: The Copperfield Apartment is aptly named after the novel “David Copperfield” by Charles Dickens, who put pen to paper whilst overlooking the harbour on one of his many holidays to Broadstairs. Upon entering, your attention will instantly be drawn to the aquatic-themed laser engraved glass feature piece, which we specially preserved when recently renovating. The inviting living and dining area has been created with a cosy feel; a place to nestle away and catch a bird’s eye view of the goings-on in the town. • The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the appliances you could desire from a home away from home including an integrated fridge-freezer, stove, combination oven, kettle and toaster. • With open plan living featuring a cosy corner sofa, armchair and dining table, The Copperfield Apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four guests, making it the ideal spot to escape to for the weekend with family or friends. • The compact apartment also features one king size and one double bedroom, as well as a family bathroom with bath tub to soak in after a long day exploring the coastal town.

Broadstairs is a wonderfully scenic coastal town, perched upon a cliff top providing you with jaw-dropping and unrivalled views across the North Sea. Steeped in history, Charles Dickens referred to Broadstairs as “one of the freshest and freest little places in the world.” You will find remnants of the iconic British author all over – from the Dickens House Museum, to Bleak House (originally known as Fort House) to the countless eateries and drinking establishments that continue to pay homage to his legacy. On the doorstep of our two Broadstairs apartments (The Copperfield Apartment and The Dickens Apartment), you will discover a host of upscale dining establishments, bakeries and retail shops – all whilst being just a stone’s throw away from feeling the sand between your toes at Viking Beach. As one of only a small handful of sandy beaches on the Kent coast, Viking Beach (also known as Broadstairs Beach) ranks as one of the best, with all the characteristics of a classic seaside town – seasonal lifeguards, a boardwalk, deckchair hire, food stalls, changing huts and even a pier.
