Rosebery House Exeter a lovely 3-bedroom Victorian house providing comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people. Located in a central area of Pennsylvania in Exeter the provides easy access to all transport links and is located within walking distance from Exeter City Center and Exeter University. Exeter City Center and Main Bus Station, Exeter University and Exeter Central Train Station are all located within an easy 10-minute walk with Exeter airport located 5 miles away. Rosebery House is set up to provide a ‘home away from home’ and is available with all the modern comforts to allow our guests to have an enjoyable stay. Free Wi-Fi is accessible within the property and guests can enjoy a range of TV series and films on Amazon Prime and Netflix. There are two double bedrooms upstairs, a further double bedroom on the ground floor and a family bathroom upstairs, open plan lounge/dining room and the kitchen on the ground floor.
