About this property
In the heart of the beautiful Georgian city of Bath, this fine Edwardian detached house offers an enclosed garden, free private parking, free Wi-Fi and 5 boutique rooms with attached bathroom. Chestnuts House has a wonderful location from which to enjoy the historic city of Bath. The house is located off the main roads and next to Henrietta Park, but it is just a short, level stroll from the city center, with its many attractions, restaurants and excellent shopping center. Free private off-street parking is available for guests. The house features 5 excellent en suite guest rooms, some with king-size and wrought iron beds. All of the rooms are bright, comfortable and spacious. Each room has recently been refurbished and all have been tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished. The rooms have air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a CD and a DVD player, a radio/alarm clock with a docking station and tea/coffee making facilities. Free broadband Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available in all the rooms. Guests have use of the houses gardens and a cozy lounge, which has Sky TV. Warm, contemporary and attractive, Chestnut House is run by your hosts, Toni and Dawn, who pride themselves on offering superb hospitality in a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. With just 5 rooms, you can be sure of a friendly, personal service and a warm welcome. Chestnuts House has received the AA Breakfast, the AA Highly Recommended and the VisitBritain 4-star Silver awards.
