This modern apartment is situated in the heart of Lincoln City Centre, overlooking the canal, with restaurants, bars, cafes, nightlife and shopping all within a 5 minute walk. Ideally located, this is the perfect place to rest your head, whether you are travelling for work, or just exploring the beautiful historic city of Lincoln. The apartment sits on the first floor where you will find two bedrooms, a shower room and a designated workspace. It also features a set of stairs that lead you to the full kitchen, dining and living room area. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. The property is set just off of Lincoln High Street, making it as central as can be. Local attractions: Waterside Shopping Centre - 1 minute walk Train Station - 5 minute walk Bus Station - 5 minute walk University of Lincoln - 7 minute walk Lincoln Castle - 9 minute walk Steep Hill - 10 minute walk Lincoln Cathedral - 11 minute walk Museum of Lincolnshire Life - 19 minute walk Lincoln Hospital - 25 minute walk / 6 minute drive.
