Modern terraced property, a home away from home. Conveniently located for Dorset attractions: the beautiful Jurassic Coast, Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Monkey World & Bovington Tank Museum. Easy access by train or car to Weymouth, Poole, Swanage, Studland and Bournemouth. 3 bedrooms - 2 doubles (one with en-suite) and a single. Parking for 2 cars. Village location with several pubs and shops nearby. Access is via a key box so check in can be any time after 4pm Check-out is 10am prompt Downstairs: Modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric fan-oven with gas hob and toaster. Lounge diner with recliner sofas and table for 6. Conservatory with sofa and seating, which leads out to the garden with garden table and chairs. Downstairs toilet. Upstairs: Double bedroom with en-suite Double bedroom Single bedroom Modern bathroom with bath and shower Please note The house is a mid terraced house. There is no parking at the front , but 2 private spaces at the rear. There can be some road noise for occupants in the front bedroom.
Hi, We are Matt and Helen. We live locally and love walks on the beautiful Jurassic Coast
The house is on a modern estate in a rural village. There’s 2 convenience stores and several pubs nearby. Beautiful Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door are a 10 minute drive away. Bovington tank museum, Monkey world and Lulworth Castle are close by. Corfe Castle and Swanage an easy drive away. There’s a main line station 2 mins drive away with easy access to Weymouth, Dorchester, Poole, Bournemouth and London (approx 3 hours by train). In Summer months there are regular buses from the train station to nearby attractions and towns.
