With its secluded location that is only minutes from main access routes, our beautiful farmhouse is the perfect place to stop and unwind at, whether travelling for business or pleasure. Cockley Hill Farm is a family-run working farm with stunning far-reaching views. Our long, private drive and electric gate offer privacy and secure, off-road parking. Despite being set in such a peaceful, rural location, we are just 10 minutes away from junction 11 of the M40. We built our home some 14 years ago, combining the charm and character of an old house with all of the benefits and comfort of a new-build. It is nestled besides 7 acres of private woodland. For those with an equine interest, we can also provide stabling for horses. Ideal for those visiting or competing at Aston-le-Walls or Addington.
Local attractions within easy access are Silverstone Circuit, Towcester Racecourse, Sulgrave Manor and Canons Ashby House to name but a few. Oxford, Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds are 30-40 minutes away.
