fantastic views from property window and terrace across to Dartmouth and above the marina and the Trainline. hard to beat such a great position. easy walk from ferry, apartment well equipped and well proportioned for 2 people

This lovely apartment is ideal for couples looking for a relaxing coastal break or longer holiday.. 35 steps to entrance. Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: With TV and DVD player. Dining area. Kitchen area: Galley style with electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Lower Ground Floor: Bedroom: With double bed. Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.. Gas centeal heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Decking with garden furniture. Parking for 1 car in car park, 2 minutes&rsquo; walk. No smoking. VisitEngland 3 star. . A recently refurbished attached house on two floors in a superb location in the heart of Kingswear and with the most wonderful views from the upper floor of the marina, Royal Naval College and Steam Railway. The property is bright and airy and has been tastefully furnished and decorated to a good standard. Kingswear has a pub, cafe and marina, and local transport links to Torbay and Dartmouth are within easy walking distance. Free WiFi
