Company info

We have been running our guest house in Canterbury for over 10 years and we will be delighted to host you in our self-catering apartment, in the Annex. We will be happy to meet you in person when you arrive to hand you the keys and direct you to the apartment. However, if you prefer, we will also be happy to arrange self-check in, in which case we will leave the keys in a lock box and we will provide you with the code prior to your arrival. We will be mostly available during your stay and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have or give you any tips about things to do in and around Canterbury, if you wish. We hope that you enjoy your stay.

Property info

Spacious and comfortable accommodation. It provides the perfect base not only to explore Canterbury and the surrounding villages and countryside but also for business travellers. The apartment is located within the grounds of our guest house, in an Annex. Self-contained with its own external private entrance, with 2 access doors. On the ground floor there is a living/kitchen and a workspace area. The kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher. The bathroom, with bath and shower above, is also on the ground floor and there is a small utility area off the bathroom with a washer-dryer. There are stairs off the living area to the bedroom on a mezzanine level with a king size bed and plenty of storage. Please note that the bedroom has no door. Other amenities include: Central heating Free Wi-Fi TV Iron/ironing board Hairdryer Essentials (towels, bedlinen, complimentary toiletries) Cleaning essentials

The apartment is in the St. Stephens area, conveniently located for Canterbury city centre and the Cathedral, in just a 10 minute walk to the High Street along the river Stour and a 10 minute walk from Canterbury West railway station. Also very close to the University of Kent and a similar distance to Christ Church University.
