This house is perfect for a short or long stay as it has been kitted out with everything you need for a home from home experience. In very close proximity to Friars Walk, Kingsway Shopping Centre and South Wales University, this property is Ideal for families wanting to visit the area and professionals looking to be close to the town centre or road links for ease into other cities. Upstairs : Upstairs features two double bedrooms, one offering additional space for a travel cot, and a single bedroom. Each room is adorned with bedside tables, wall hanging units, and the main bedroom boasts an extra set of drawers. All rooms are elegantly decorated to a high standard, complemented by a large mirror in the landing area. Living Space: The living space is designed in an open plan layout, featuring a comfortable three-seater sofa, side and coffee tables for TV enjoyment, and a designated reading area with a chair. A spacious dining area hosts a large table with bench and chairs, accommodating up to 6 guests. Kitchen: The kitchen is conveniently separate and fully equipped with an oven, microwave, washing machine with built-in tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.
