I am a Holiday Let Property Manager and I represent a selection of properties in Suffolk on behalf of their owners. I have lived in Suffolk all my life and worked for two very successful holiday letting agents over the last 10 years. Property info

A characterful barn conversion holiday home, situated in rural Suffolk between the villages of Badingham and Dennington nr Framlingham. Offering up to four guests, in a king and a twin, a fabulous short break or holiday, Polly’s yard has a mature cottage garden, spacious open plan living area and two bathrooms. Dennington is only 25 minutes from Suffolk’s heritage coast giving guests the best of both coastal days out and cosy rural retreats.

Neighborhood info

The property is in a rural location and you will need a car for transportation into the village and other towns. There is a wonderful village pub called the Dennington Queen which has a great children's park and playing field behind it. Theres a cafe on the village green and lots of shops and cafes in Framlingham which is only a 5 minute drive away. Suffolk's Heritage Coast with sandy and shingle beaches is 30 minutes drive away. All of the coastal towns and villages have lots to offer. For example, there's a fabulous boating lake in Thorpeness and in Southwold, there's a pier as well as a super sandy beach. There's lots of activities locally for adults and children. If there is a specific activity you're interested in trying, please contact me and I will look into the local options for you. You will need a vehicle to travel into the village and to other towns.
