Please note that there is no direct access for cars to the property however there is on-street parking nearby (a minute's walk away) and the option to purchase parking permits for council car parks in the Torbay area via the council website. This will allow you to park in any Torbay car park's during your stay. Additionally, as with much of Brixham, the property is located on a steep hill (that leads directly to the harbour) and so it is not suitable for those with mobility issues. Cormorant is located in the charming harbour town of Brixham, situated on the stunning English Riviera. This traditional fishing port, boasts cobbled streets, beautiful coastal scenery, and a thriving café culture. Nature lovers will be spoilt for choice in this beautiful area, as there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. Take a stroll along the South West Coast Path to enjoy the stunning views of the sea and explore the nearby Berry Head Nature Reserve. Brixham is also home to a number of beaches, including Churston and Fishcombe coves, Breakwater Beach, and St Mary’s Bay, perfect for soaking up the sun. Cormorant is a fantastic base for those who wish to explore the local area, with easy access to local amenities such as shops and supermarkets. The property is located in a quiet residential area next to the harbour and offers some nearby on-street parking (no direct car access) with the option to purchase parking permits for the council car parks in the Torbay area from the council website. Please be aware that although fantastically located for your holiday, the area is hilly with no direct access for cars and so would not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
