An ideal couples & single traveller getaway to the Seaside. Located in the prestigious Warberries area of Torquay, a short drive to the stunning Babbacombe downs, Torquay seafront & multiple beaches. The apartment can sleep up to two people in a comfy double bed. Guests can take advantage of the stunning surroundings with the use of the communal gardens from which there are views across Dartmoor. Rosa Pines stands at the top of the prestigious wooded hillside of the Warberries, one of the highest points in Torquay. Wellswood, with its village ambience. Picturesque Ilsham Valley lies shortly to the east, leading down to Ilsham Green and Meadfoot Beach, a haven for water sports. Torquay’s Harbour and Yacht Marina lie at the base of the hill to the south, where the seafront promenade sweeps around to the flagship Tor Abbey Sands, Torquay Tennis Club and Leisure Centre. Torquay is the largest town in Devon and along with the neighbouring towns of Paignton and Brixham which form the wider Torbay, virtually every need is catered for. Whatever your sport or leisure activity, there will be a club close at hand. Kents Cavern Prehistoric Caves are nearby in Wellswood, whilst Paignton Zoo Environmental Park is one of the largest in Europe providing an exceptional day out for visitors and equally popular with locals utilising their annual passes. Brixham is one of the UK’s most prolific fishing ports and a keen Rugby town, with the ferry from Torquay taking you over to the multi-coloured cottage strewn hillsides overlooking the bustling harbour.
