Sleeping 2-3 this traditional perthshire farmhouse has been designed to make the most of the stunning scenery of awe-inspiring Glen Lyon. Accommodation comprises: Ground Floor: Spacious living room with ample comfortable seating and wood burning stove. Flat screen T.V with freeview channels + DVD player. The heart of the house is the stunning open plan kitchen and dining room with views along the glen and heather clad hill to the rear of the farmhouse. Wonderfully spacious sun room with fabulous views across the Glen, a second wood burning stoves ensures guests are cosy all year round. French doors lead out onto the large paved patio area. Downstairs bathroom with a large walk-in shower, wc and whb Fully equipped boot room/utility room with washing machine, drying racks and freezer WIFI (Please note: the mobile phone signal in the Glen can be poor) IPad / IPod Dock. Landline available for incoming calls. First Floor: Master Bedroom with superking/twin beds. Charming single bedroom with traditional single brass bed.
