Jayne the owner was so welcoming , we arrived late due to a stressful journey, flat tyre on the car , but Jayne couldn't do enough for us , we got a bit lost but Jayne directed us then came to greet us when we arrived, we ordered a just eat as we were late arriving and ate it in the living room were we could watch TV and chill , the room I booked was just great comfy bed, very clean , some of the reviews about not having a TV in the rooms I agree with Jayne about why there isn't any , I took my iPad so not a problem, the breakfast was so delicious cooked fresh and hot! We would definitely stay here again , thank you Jayne for letting us stay
