Very clean and comfortable room and so quiet. Slept really well. Breakfast good and plentiful. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking very convenient.
The family-run Beaufort Hotel is 800 metres from Inverness rail station and the shops of the city centre. It has free parking, a bar and a restaurant serving modern Scottish cuisine.

The receptionist was very friendly, the pricing quite a bit over the top for the quality offered. Small room with hard to reach window, leaking marks on ceiling, further service was friendly. room so/so.
The centrally located Heathmount Hotel is 10 minutes’ walk from Inverness Castle, and offers Scottish whisky, Illy coffee and freshly mixed cocktails in its 2 contrasting bars.

I loved the appearance and setting of the hotel. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much for them. Delicious breakfast. I would definitely consider stay here again.
The Loch Ness Country House Hotel offers excellent food and elegant rooms. It is a striking Georgian building in 6 acres of gardens, 3 km from Inverness city centre.

Fantastic base to see the north Highlands and minutes from Inverness. Would definitely recommend it. Beautiful views. A pub and restaurant a bit expensive but very welcoming. A coffee shop, convenience store and little arts and crafts store there.

Lovely view of Beauly Firth. Very quiet.
Lovely view of Beauly Firth. Very quiet. Ideal for our holiday as a base to set off daily touring the highlands. There is only one place to eat and drink which is a hotel up the road which serves good food besides the white cottages cafe so you needed to go Inverness for variety.

Small coastal village with great views across the Moray firth at the start of a beautiful walk along the coast towards Fortrose. Several herons and an otter, several types of gulls and ducks spotted while walking. The bottlenose dolphins in the area did not make an appearance however!
