Among the many picturesque towns in the Yorkshire Dales, Grassington stands out. Located on the banks of the Wharfe River and bordered to the north by the expansive Grass Woods, this is an excellent walking location. Bolton Abbey, with its ruined abbey, priory, and famous "Strid Walk," may be found down dale.
