This is a newly designed exquisitely styled and spacious three-bedroom maisonette and one of the most attractive in central Kemptown. With a spacious and well kitted out kitchen, super fast WiFi, working wood burner, cast iron roll top bathtub, rain showers in 2 wet rooms. The ground floor is oak flooring and bedrooms are carpeted throughout. The lounge has a spare double sofa bed available on request. Turn the corner and you're at the beach with great local bars and coffee shops nearby. Minimum 3 night bookings.
I enjoy the simple things in life, smiling faces, cooking and reading. I also love to travel, festivals, parties and my bike with an occasional dip in the sea. I'm a lecturer of applied psychology working with dentists and businesses. I also certify therapists and help folks rid themselves of PTSD and phobias. I live nearby and will be available on the phone if required.
With Kemptown village just a stroll along the road you will see a choice of local pubs, bohemian cafés, art and antique shops and many beautiful buildings. Just 15 minutes walk to the town centre, 10 minutes to the Marina and 5 minutes to get you on the beach. Taxi rank and mainline busses run from outside Sussex County Hospital. In the summer you can drive or stroll down to Brighton Marina, with a casino, cinema and a range if great food outlets. Then you can take the Old Volks electric train past the nudist beach to the Brighton Pier and into the South Lanes. Opposite there is the Brighton bike hire scheme which is a great way to get around. Along the seafront there are bike lanes all along to Hove.
