Hi there! My name is Nathan and I’m an Architectural designer, musician & artist. This passion for design & trying to be a little different spills over into renovating my properties. Both my properties are intentionally very different! The ‘Garden Apartment’ is contemporary, with simple modern clean fresh lines; but also maintaining a welcoming warm cosy atmosphere and it has a very calm feel. The ‘Detached Period House’ is unashamed Victorian decadence! The idea being you are hopefully taken away from everyday life & you feel a little pampered & have a sense of what it would of been like to live in Victorian grandeur. I live in both these properties and they are family homes for me & definitely haven’t just been done up for the holiday let market. First and foremost they have been renovated and decorated for me... but I also hope you like them! Both properties can be rented individually & are completely independent; however I have another listing ‘Staycation heaven’ that combines both the units; so if your group is large, this is the property for you! - it will accommodate up to 12 people & you’d have the entire space completely to yourself. An interconnecting door between the house and apartment can be unlocked & all staying can move freely around the entire house; as well as all have use of the 50’ south facing garden. You would have sleeping facilities for 12 people, 2 kitchens , 3 bathrooms & multiple living spaces. I hope you like my properties & I look forward to you staying.
