Make memories in this uniquely beautiful & spacious Victorian 5 bedroom room house which sleeps up to 11 (incl.dbl sofa bed in lounge.) The bedrooms all have 5* mattresses, high quality bedding and velvet acoustic blackout curtains so you can be ensured to have a blissful nights sleep. The house is on a pretty & quiet road, less than 5 mins walk to the beach, train stations (including Dartmouth steam train.) 2 mins walk takes you to all city centre amenities (supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, cafes.) There is a renowned top quality massage, treatments and physio centre on the road of the accommodation that is highly recommended (riviera wellbeing.) Trains go to all major towns/cities of Devon with easy connections to Cornwall. There is also a small garden w/ alfresco dining area. Wi-Fi&smart 4K TV (Disney+/Netflix/NOW TV/prime.) On booking I will email you a link to a digital guest book/house manual which contains a large list of the best attractions and dining options in the region (in my humble opinion.) I am available at short notice if you have any queries or questions.
After spending my days off exploring the coasts of Devon and Cornwall in a campervan I fell in love with the region and decided to start my own self catering accommodation business in the area I love best. I want to help guests to make the most of their holiday experience by showcasing sites of interest and local activities to make special memories that last a lifetime. I enjoy hosting as I have spent much of my career in hospitality management and enjoy exceeding customer expectations. It would be my pleasure to host you at Devon Beach station.
