It's the whole apartment! It's quiet, new, warm, clean, huge telly, kitchen with microwave, oven, hob, toaster, fridge, separate bedroom, secure, private parking, less than a mile from crew car park. I was a little wary when I saw the previous reviews were all so high, but it definitely deserves them! The host was super accommodating, met me on arrival and showed me everything I needed and made sure I knew he was on the other end of the phone if I needed anything.
