The house was excellent, great base and good location to walk into Blackpool. Good communication from DYSA, easy to access with key code. Parking available for two cars. It is a quiet street.

The property is in an ideal location just a short walk away from the new South Promenade, Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Water Park. The beautiful Promenade is scattered with numerous pubs, food stalls, markets, arcades, and restaurants including Weatherspoon's, Yates's, and the elegant Beach House. Transport links are easily accessible if you’re wanting to head towards the town centre to visit other local attractions such as Blackpool Tower and The Sealife Centre. Bentinck House is furnished throughout to a very high standard offering a traditional and cosy feel. There is a living room with two sofas and a dining area with an eight-seater table and chairs. The house offers four stylish bedrooms over two floors and in total includes 2 x king size beds, 3 x double beds and 1 x single bed. There is a spacious family bathroom and bedroom 4 benefits from an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
