Lovely property ..... very well decorated and furnished...light and bright.... with an excellent kitchen. Warm and cosy. The location was great right by the coast. On Street parking was fine. Good train links to Edinburgh. This is our 3rd time in North Berwick ..... with this property being our favourite.

East Cliff This wonderful, bright property is literally a minutes walk from North Berwick High Street to all enjoy the shops, galleries, boutiques, bars and restaurants and seconds from the wonderful Beach front over looking the Firth of Forth. . A really classy, homely and comfortable property decorated to an extremely high standard offering quality fittings throughout. Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties. Please note this property is not suitable for children. Please also note: this property is strictly non-smoking, and does not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital insurance trust platform that enables hosts and guests to confidently transact in the short-term holiday rental space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify your identity. If you want to take advantage of this free insurance, please make sure your verification is completed prior to check-in. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can opt to pay a damage deposit 7 days directly with us before arrival.
