Elm House is a stunning 4-bed, 3-bath apartment located in the heart of central Reading! The property boasts modern furnishings, a bright feel and real 'home-from-home' experience for our guests. Elm House is located local to lots of shops, amenities and restaurants and is a mere 10-min walk from Reading Main Station and Reading Town Centre. The property boasts 4 spacious double bedrooms with ample storage space and is furnished to an incredibly modern standard. There are 3 high-spec bathrooms, each fitted with power showers and toiletries. The kitchen boasts built-in appliances, such as an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave as well as a toaster and kettle. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the property. In addition, we also offer cooking utensils and crockery to be able to cook your own meals. The property is conveniently located in a residential area, less than 2-min walk from local shops and amenities. Reading Town Centre is a mere 10-min walk away. There is NO parking at Elm House but a number of nearby car parks.
