We live at Toppesfield Hall with our two children.

Perfectly placed to explore Suffolk and Essex; our Lodges have been designed and built in 2022 to a very high standard and have everything you need for a great holiday. Bedroom Area (PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NOT A SEPARATE BEDROOM, THE LODGES ARE OPEN PLAN): Curtain can be pulled across for privacy when sleeping. There is a Double Bed with Hanging Rail for clothes and a Chest of Drawers. Lounge and Kitchen Area: A Double Sofa Bed, Single Chair and Pouffe. There is a side table and a fold away Dining Table and Chairs. The Kitchen has an under-counter Fridge with Ice Box, Electric Oven; 2 Ring Hob. There is a Kettle, Toaster; Microwave. Sliding Patio Doors lead to the outside decked area with Picnic Bench and large private grassed area, enclosed by Laurel Hedging (please note that the Laurels are still growing so are not at full height yet). To the Side is a screened Hot Tub and a Gas BBQ. There are two Sun Loungers and Two outdoor Beanbags for your comfort.

You will have full access to the woodland area and footpath which leads into the village within 8mins. There is a Tennis Games Court on site. There is a dedicated dog walking area and play area. The village has a dog friendly pub, brewery and community shop.
