It was immaculate and decor was to a high spec. All needs catered for. It met all of our needs for the couple of days that we were there. The beds were really comfortable. Location was perfect, close to the beach and town for shops and restaurants.

A beautiful luxury boutique coastal town house within walking distance to the town, railway station, beach, marina and Exe Estuary. Conservatory and fenced secure rear garden. Furnished to a high standard with comfortable, good quality beds, duvets and linen. Well equipped kitchen. BBQ. Plenty of private driveway parking. Wood-burner. Pets Welcome with extra charge. If you have more than one pet please check first.
I have been involved in property letting for over 30 years. I love making guests welcome and my properties are all of a high quality with no expense spared with good quality beds and linen including soft furnishings. They are well equipped. I love sailing and cycling and walking my Basset Hounds. Exmouth is a fantastic place for a beach, city, walking, cycling or a just chilling out holiday. Most things are within walking distance including the beach.
Exmouth has plenty to offer: the Exe Estuary and wonderful beach with long promenade. Marina. Great water sports and cycling. Good selection of shops, pubs and cafes. Great links to Exeter and the M5. Train station and good bus service. Great cycling along the Exe Estuary to Budleigh Salterton or to Topsham and Exeter.
