Old-world charm with modern convenience. You’ll find two comfortable bedrooms in this 17th Century character-filled three-storey holiday home. The living room has a feature open fireplace and beamed ceiling. The kitchen is fully equipped and there’s a power-shower in the downstairs bathroom. Outside, relax on the south-facing patio whilst watching ducks on the pond or head off to the seaside for a stroll! Conveniently located within easy range of Aldeburgh and rest of the Suffolk Heritage Coast.
Suffolk now forms an important part of the Ayres family's life, but Sasha and Richard have travelled widely over the years and have connections with Yorkshire, the West Country, Germany, Poland, Australia, New Zealand and many other magical places.
We're surrounded by fields, but within striking distance of many of Suffolk's best known and loved attractions. These include Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Woodbridge, Framlingham, Dunwich, Minsmere, Walberswick, Sutton Hoo, Southwold and many more. You can therefore choose whether to relax in our country surroundings, to the sound of hens and skylarks, or head to the coast to enjoy fish-and-chips on the beach.
