We had the best time at Forge Cottage! Seriously, it's like a cozy English cottage dream. The attention to detail is impeccable and you can experience that laid-back 'slow-living' feel. We spent ages just staring out the window at this peaceful brook – no otter luck for us, but maybe you'll get lucky! The owners are wonderful – they've thought of everything to make us feel right at home. Very easy to get to and there are some great food spots nearby. Plus, loads of cool walks to explore. Forge Cottage is basically the hidden gem you dream about in the heart of the countryside.
