Our commitment to your comfort is evident in our selection of premium mattresses, linens, and sofas. The apartment features smart TVs in both the living room and the master bedroom, along with modern conveniences such as a coffee machine to enhance your mornings. Although situated in the city centre, our location is outside of the Low Emission Zone (LEZ), allowing all types of vehicles to come and go freely. **Pet Policy**: We welcome 1-2 dogs, depending on size and breed, small fee will apply, to be discussed after booking, please feel free to message prior. We can provide a travel cot but you must notify us of this in advance. After booking, you will be required to upload your ID and sign a rental agreement. Please note that this apartment is fully licensed by Aberdeen City Council.
