The Cottage is located at the edge of the private grounds of Chillington Hall, the owners ask that residents do not enter areas that are signed as 'Private' or 'Private Woodlands'. Details on suitable walks in the area and dates the Hall is open to the public will be provided at the property. There is limited internet signal and/or mobile reception at the property. Guests are able to explore the many public footpaths and bridleways that cross the 4000-acre estate (maps provided). On certain days of the year, the grounds are open to the public so they can explore the beautiful hall, the Capability Brown landscaped park and woodlands, as well as the 60-acre pool (see website for details).
