Styled to reflect the history of the Cottage &amp; most importantly a unique place for an intimate weekend away or longer term let, in spotlessly maintained luxury boutique accommodation. Well located, Georgina will suit singles or couples looking for a unique base to explore the area &amp; return to &amp; relax amongst period features &amp; modern luxury inside &amp; out. Having lived in the area for many years as neighbours, Heather &amp; Jenny have spent the last 5 months lovingly restoring Georgina. They are now ensuring everything works perfectly &amp; that Georgina is maintained on a day to day basis to a hygiene standard equal to or better than a 5-star hotel. Georgina (10 Shilling Street), is so named after Georgina Fairholme the famous interior decorator known as the “doyenne of English Country Style” who lived in the property for 17 years until just recently. Georgina sleeps 2 adults &amp; is located in the heart of Lavenham being situated just off the Market Square &amp; near to the High Street, SO, very close to all amenities including village pubs, restaurants &amp; shops of every kind. Parking is available outside the cottage. Georgina is situated over 2 floors … 1 - The living room has LVT flooring, covered in part with a top quality over dyed rug giving the room additional comfort, style &amp; a sense of warmth, as does the flame effect fire. The sofa is soft leather with the other furnishings being a blend of antique, boutique &amp; contemporary. The free wifi 55” Ruko TV is located opposite the sofa &amp; can connect to your smart phone. The living room is complete with a selection of books, games guides &amp; maps.
