Gerry’s Cottage is a quaint cottage believed to have been constructed some 150 years ago for the stone masons who worked on nearby All Saints church. The cottage is small but perfectly formed and includes lots of characterful quirks throughout. Enjoy the fabulous log burner for those cosy nights in or perhaps enjoy a drink in Brixham's oldest pub which is only a few mins away. Guests can also enjoy two outdoor spaces to the front and rear of the cottage. Pets may be permitted upon request, pet fees apply. Unrestricted parking is available for any vehicle just a 2 min walk from the cottage on Higher Manor Road or Vicarage Hill. Or 4 mins to the right, up Station Hill and beyond. Brixham Central Car Park is the nearest public car park. This is short stay with a max stay of 3 hours between 8am - 6pm then unrestricted overnight. Long Stay parking can be found in Freshwater and Oxen Cove Car Parks which are just a few minutes drive from the property and a 5-10 minute walk back to the cottage along the harbour front. 4 day permit,24 pounds 8 day permit,42 pounds Permits can be purchased at the ticket machines or online through Torbay Council.
