Immediate response and replacement of kettle was great. To have a separate toilet was useful. Cozy seats and couch was perfect to relax after a long day in the highlands. Bedsheets had a good smell.

Very friendly welcome, the cabin was amazing and my dog was very welcomed. Everything in the cabin was perfect, and the bathroom had underfloor heating, which was a really nice touch. Bed was comfy, and the cabin was cosy. The location was perfect for exploring Glencoe and Fort William.

Beautiful location. Comfortable beds, lovely bedding. Warm and cosy. Nicely decorated, especially the shells. Had a luxurious feel. We enjoyed the coffee pods. They had everything you need and offered extras that other places wouldn’t e.g. toiletries, baking equipment, condiments. I particularly liked the home comforts of Netflix, Disney plus, sky tv and wifi in both rooms. Really nice touch that other places do not offer. Very clean. Towels and bedding were of a very high standard. They allowed my daughter to park her camper van outside for no extra charge and she could use the facilities. They were very accommodating and welcoming. Thank you so much.
