The room was very nice and in a great location except there is no place to park. It would have been nice if the owners would have let us know where they are located so we could have asked questions. I had written to ask about parking and did not receive an answer. I was able to figure out where to park but dropping off my 85 year old mom and luggage was tricky. You can not even stop there for a minute! Great place for young people who just want to be left alone. It did not include breakfast but I knew that. They have the place fixed up really cute and it would be great if you had taken the train there. (Probably not with an 85 year old because you still need to carry luggage a ways.)

Great room with unique additional gallery double bed that was perfect for the three of us to stay. The accommodation is independent and very close to Hebden Station and the town which made it very flexible and perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderfully furnished throughout with everything you could need for a short break. Great communications form the owners from start to finish and this will be my go to place every time I'm in Hebden Bridge as this is by far the nicest place I've stayed in while there. I would heartily recommend this place.

Wow, what a fantastic place, thoughtfully designed, nice little touches (mini fridge, tea and coffee and fresh milk, somewhere comfortable to sit and eat if you wanted, the mezzanine bed area would be great for kids) the bathroom is one of the nicest we have seen beautifully finished, attention to detail is excellent, would definitely stay again and Simone the owner/host was brilliant with all the communication and lastly the location is great as only 50yds and you are in the centre of where the shops, bars and restaurants are.

Cosy, characterful and really well designed. It's "a bedroom" but it's actually completely self contained. Immaculately clean. There's enough cutlery etc and a fridge to store and make breakfast but you don't need to rent a whole cottage with kitchen in Hebden anyway because you night as well go out for dinner (would recommend the Trades Club). Very easy walk from the train and 2 minutes from town centre.
