Here at Apartment 2, situated in the heart of Beverley, we strive to offer our guests the highest standards of comfort and convenience as well as style and elegance. Apartment 2 is a quiet location but is a 1 minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the flourishing town centre. This beautiful apartment, boasts comfort and style. Sleeping up to six guests, the space is suitable for families, couples and individual guests. The entrance hall is spacious and has hanging space for coats, shoe rack and seat. Bedroom 1 has a full double bed, bedside table, touch lamps, a chest of drawers and free standing mirror with hanging space. There is also a wall-mounted Tv. Bedroom 2 has 2 x single beds, bedside tables, lamp, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a smart TV. The bathroom has a large double shower with a multi-head shower. There is a built in toilet and hand basin unit with plenty of space to store toiletries and beauty products. The towel rack is stacked with fluffy towels for your use during your stay. The hot water run's on an immersion heater, we recommend if more than one person is showering you boost before the first shower. The living room is open-plan with two sofas, one of which converts to a full size sofa bed. there are a number of side tables, lamps and a coffee table. This room boasts a 55inch TV with Freeview. You will also find our guest book which we welcome you to sign and a folder of information about the beautiful area of Beverley and things to do. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, wash and iron during your stay. The dining table can seat up to 6 people and extends if you would like more space. -CCTV at entrance for guests security. -Free parking is to the rear of the property. -Security deposit may be requested for large bookings. -Access is via a key safe, the code will be sent to you prior to your stay.
Rachael is a life long Beverley resident and is both passionate and knowledgeable about this historic, beautiful and dog-friendly town.
Beverley is a beautiful market town with markets on Saturday and Wednesday. The apartment is a 1 minute walk from the train station with links to the coast, Hull, York Etc. Flemingate shopping area is approx 2 minutes walk with places to eat, a Cinema and shopping. Have a look in Art and Soul for some beautiful local art and craft. The leisure centre is a 5 minute walk where you can swim, go to the gym or enjoy a coffee. The town centre is one-of-a-kind and you will find both chain and independent shops, cafes and a number of pubs. The Monks Walk is a favorite in the area, full of character and charm and is over 700 years old. Beverley racecourse is a favorite in Beverley it is 20 minutes walk from our apartment and 5-10 minutes by car. The Beverley Minster is also a favorite, the tours are fabulous but visitors can also explore on their own. There is so much to explore in Beverley and surrounding areas but if you would like any further information or have any questions don't hesitate to ask me.
